Lemon Infused Salt
My two favourite flavours have always been salt and lemon. So why not combine them? Obviously I'm not the first person to have this idea, you can buy lemon infused salts at fancy food shops, however they can be very expensive. I decided I would try to make my own, and I'm pleased to share that it was a huge success on the first try! You can get really creative with this type of recipe.
