I have always had a passion for food. Planning meals, grocery shopping, going great distances if necessary to find the perfect ingredients, then preparing and serving delicious meals for my family and friends.
About 18 years ago I combined my love of food with my passion for health and well-being and went back to school. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition gaining certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).
I have continued my studies over the years and am now a Metabolic Balance Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC), Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher.
Additionally, I have taken several cooking courses including an introductory chef course based on healthy culinary arts at George Brown College in Toronto. Over the last 14 years I have worked as a Personal Chef, using my nutrition knowledge and culinary skills to create healthy meals for my clients in their homes.
I specialize in digestive health, weight loss, cleansing, meal planning, recipe creation, food preparation and healthy cooking.
