I have always had a passion for food, planning meals, grocery shopping, going great distances if necessary to find the perfect ingredients, then preparing and serving delicious meals for my family and friends. About 18 years ago I combined my love of food with my passion for health and well-being and studied to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I have worked with countless people, helping them eat their way to optimum health, vitality and balance.
I have continued my studies and am now a Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher.
I have taken several cooking courses including an introductory chef course based on healthy culinary arts at George Brown College in Toronto.
Over the last 13 years I have also worked as a Personal Chef, using my nutrition knowledge and culinary skills to create healthy meals for my clients in their homes.
