Dry Roasted Chickpeas

• 2 Cups Cooked Chick Peas*
• 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 - 2 Tsp. Ground Cumin

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
