Kale Chips Recipe
Kale chips are an excellent replacement for store bought fried potato chips. Kale is a good source of fibre, which helps balance blood sugar levels and keeps you feeling full longer. It is also packed with vitamins and minerals. This recipe is delicious, quick and easy you'll wonder why you haven't been making your own chips all along!
1 Bunch Kale
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
Preheat an oven to 350º.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the leaves from the thick stems and rip or cut into bite size pieces.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt and spread on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
