Baked Asparagus

Serves 4

This incredibly easy side dish is packed with flavour and nutrients.Asparagus is a very good source of fibre, as well as the antioxidant rich vitamins A, C, and E. Asparagus pairs well with chicken, fish or lamb.

  • 2 Bunches Asparagus, washed and trimmed

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Sea Salt

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.

  2. Place asparagus on a foil lined cookie sheet.

  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over asparagus, splash of lemon juice and season with sea salt and pepper.

  4. Bake in oven 10 - 12 minutes, or until cooked to your desired texture, crunchy or soft.
