Baked Asparagus Recipe
This incredibly easy side dish is packed with flavour and nutrients.Asparagus is a very good source of fibre, as well as the antioxidant rich vitamins A, C, and E. Asparagus pairs well with chicken, fish or lamb.
2 Bunches Asparagus, washed and trimmed
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375º.
Place asparagus on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over asparagus, splash of lemon juice and season with sea salt and pepper.
Bake in oven 10 - 12 minutes, or until cooked to your desired texture, crunchy or soft.
