Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries 2 Servings

Oatmeal is a great way to start your day. Making your own guarantees it contains no added refined sugars or artificial sweeteners. Oatmeal is high in fibre and therefore digests slowly, helping you feel satisfied, preventing mindless snacking. This quick recipe provides fresh oatmeal without any fuss.

  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 ¼ cups water, brought to a boil

  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

  1. Place oats in a medium-sized bowl, add boiling water. Cover bowl, and allow to stand at room temperature overnight.

  2. In the morning divide the oatmeal into two bowls.

  3. Add ½ cup fresh blueberries to each bowl of oatmeal

  4. Enjoy immediately.
