This shake is an amazing way to sneak fruits and vegetables into your children’s diet. They will never know there is spinach added, instead they will think they’re drinking a milkshake! This is perfect for an after school snack, or a quick breakfast. It’s not just for kids, this is great for adults, too. This shake is full of immune supportive nutrients, healthy fats, protein, calcium, and flavour!
• ½ Ripe Avocado, skinned and pitted
• 1 Cup Spinach Leaves • 1 Cup Water • 1/2 Cup Plain, Organic Yogurt • 1 Cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. 2. Serve in glass.
