Dry Roasted Chickpeas Recipe


Dry Roasted Chickpeas Serves 6 This is a delicious and healthy replacement for potato chips. Chickpeas are a good source of fibre, protein and calcium. • 2 Cups Cooked Chick Peas* • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced • 1 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice • 1 - 2 Tsp. Ground Cumin • 1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional) 1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Stir in chick peas and remaining ingredients, cook, stirring occasionally for 12 - 15 minutes. *1 can of chick peas will work, be sure to rinse them well.
