Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries
2 Servings


  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 ¼ cups water, brought to a boil

  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Place oats in a medium-sized bowl, add boiling water. Cover bowl, and allow to stand at room temperature overnight.

  2.  In the morning divide the oatmeal into two bowls.  Cover one of the bowls and place in the refrigerator for another day.

  3. Add ½ cup fresh blueberries to the oatmeal, save the rest in the refrigerator for the next day you have oatmeal.

  4. Enjoy immediately.
