Orange Baked Salmon

2 (6 ounce) Salmon Fillets

2 Oranges, juiced

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil

2 Tbsp. Natural Honey

1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped

1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400º.

In a medium bowl, prepare marinade by mixing orange juice, olive or grapeseed oil, honey, dill and pepper, add the salmon fillets, marinate for 15 – 30 minutes.

Place the salmon fillets along with marinade in a baking dish.

Bake in oven 15 - 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
