Orange Baked Salmon

Serves 2

 

  • 2 (6 ounce)  Salmon Fillets

  • 2 Oranges, juiced

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Natural Honey

  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped

  • 1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.

  2. In a medium bowl, prepare marinade by mixing orange juice, olive or grapeseed oil, honey, dill and pepper, add the salmon fillets, marinate for 15 – 30 minutes.

  3. Place the salmon fillets along with marinade in a baking dish.

  4. Bake in oven 15 - 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
