How it Works:

 

We will have a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, food likes and dislikes, any health concerns, allergies or sensitivities.  During our initial consultation, I will provide you with some menu suggestions and options. We will set up a day of the week for me to deliver your meals to you.  Then all you need to do is follow the instructions with the meals for reheating, and set your dinner table.

Meal plan options include gluten-free, dairy-free, meat lovers, vegetarian, and vegan.
